Returns and exchanges are allowed 30 days from when item was purchased.  Contact me with the order number and brief message of what is wrong and I will try to make it right.  If you are mailing me the returned item I will email you a shipping label for you to print and attach to the item's package.  Allow 24-48 hours for a response, and 7 days for the refund.  There is no return or restocking fee.  Thank you.
